The angle and perspective is nicely done...The only thing that seems to stand out more than it should is the arm...It just seems larger on the forearm. I assume that is what you see as well.

The color band along the eyes seems a wee bit out of place as well...not sure if it is intentional or a shadow...if it is a shadow the color doesn't match the environment of the cast.

I hope I don't sound like I am being overly critical...because it is a good character base, I just like to add a different view to another artist

I like that. Overlaying gradient makes this image flat. Do something about background and it will be nicer than.
