I usuallly dont do drawings like this, but i had a lot of time on my hands in this one class. So i started this insanely detailed drawing, i would do all the patterns when i got bored. I cropped alot of this picture off because he started to get distorted and my anatomy was horribly off. Its not anyone inparticular, but it kinda looks like that one LOKI thunder god, eh?

Incredible detail! Really good drawing - maybe the colouring is a bit bland. A lot of your drawings all look exactly the same colourwsie. Usually I let you off because the drawings are so good, but you'll have to try adding some more colour to some of them.

The detail is really incredible.. I'd just like to see a little more contrast in the shading and coloring, too. ;) (Wink) You've got this amazingly detailed and well-drawn figure, but a flat background and some low-contrasty shading going on. I think poking some complimentary colors in some of the shadows and adding in some brighter higlights on the metal would really make him pop out more.
